Hi! I’m Jill, founder of Jill Miyamoto Brands and grounded1. I’m on a mission to help business owners grow and thrive, while enjoying the journey.

We all have come to realize that our worlds are made up of many peaks and valleys, and it can be difficult to navigate at times. As an executive with 25+ years in working with start-ups to Fortune 50 businesses, I’ve learned from personal experience and observation that the ones who survive and thrive amidst disruption and major setbacks are those who become grounded in the chaos. And today, more than ever, this holds true. Many business owners are currently feeling overwhelmed and defeated. I get it. I also get that it’s all about how we choose to approach each twist and turn. That’s why I created grounded1…a company devoted to helping business owners gain clarity on how to navigate change, stay true to their bigger vision, and become focused on the things that matter most.
